Various results have been achieved on the basis of user research among both teachers and students, market research among competitors and research into blended learning, among other things. Here is a selection from my work.
During this project I worked on the basis of the service design method. Service design uses analytical skills: facts and outcomes that are predictable and measurable. This provides insight into the situation of Marketingfacts, the target group and facts about e-learning and content creation. But service design also uses intuition and creativity: discovering and improvising. This ensures the development of ideas and solutions for a better service around the Marketingfacts Jaarboek. In the overlap, service design creates new solutions within the current reality.
